Our Brand Vow

“From pure vegetarian origins to mindful hands, every meal comes to you in complete sanctity.” Every partner accepting these Terms commits to this vow at each step of the supply chain — sourcing, preparation, packing, and last-mile handling.

Food Merchants

  • Sole responsibility for onboarding local delivery riders (recruitment, background verification, subscription payment).
  • Sole responsibility for coordinating outstation shipping via Shiprocket / Delhivery — including packaging, waybill generation, and PoD.
  • GSTIN is mandatory for tax invoicing; every customer invoice will surface the merchant GSTIN as a distinct line item.
  • Payouts are auto-settled via Razorpay Route to the linked bank account.

Temple Merchants & Anushthans

  • Must upload verified bank account details of the Temple Trust for the Temple Donation share to route directly on every Prasad checkout.
  • Full and undivided responsibility for guaranteeing Prasad authenticity, sourcing purity, and delivery sanctity. No third party is answerable.
  • GSTIN is optional; PAN and Trust Registration Number recommended.
  • Platform commission on Prasad is 18% + fixed ₹5 Seva Trust fund contribution.

Riders

  • Compensation is a base ₹35 pay + distance-tier bonus; 100% of the customer-facing delivery fee flows to the assigned rider or courier wallet.
  • Riders must maintain an active subscription (₹100/month) to accept orders.
  • Cashout requests are settled by admin within 24-48 hours.

Platform Zero-Loss Guarantee

  • Payment gateway processing fees are factored into checkout math; platform net profit is guardrailed to never drop below ₹0.
  • Should the ledger project a loss, the commission is bumped or a convenience fee is transparently added at checkout.
  • Customer invoices always break down 5 lines: Food/Prasad Cost, Merchant GST, Platform Fee, Delivery Fee, Temple Donation.
